Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to respect and uphold all copyright and licensing terms provided by Techquila Freelancing Inc.
This includes:

Not reproducing, reselling, or redistributing materials without prior written approval.

Using templates, guides, and resources only for their personal or business use as originally intended.

Avoiding any form of reverse-engineering, modification, or redistribution of proprietary digital tools, scripts, or systems.
Third-Party Materials
From time to time, Techquila Freelancing Inc. may use third-party assets (e.g., licensed software, stock content, fonts, icons, or plugins).
In such cases:

Ownership of those materials remains with their original creators or licensors.

Clients are granted a sub-license to use them within the scope of their purchased or contracted service.

Software & Platform Access
Clients accessing Techquila Freelancing Inc. platforms, applications, or digital tools are granted a limited, non-transferable license for use during their active service period.
This license does not include:

Access to underlying source code, automation workflows, or back-end infrastructure.

The right to duplicate, distribute, or sell any part of the system or application.
Unauthorized access, tampering, or replication may result in immediate termination of services and potential legal action.
Violations & Enforcement
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of Techquila Freelancing Inc. intellectual property may result in:

Acknowledgment
By engaging with Techquila Freelancing Inc., clients acknowledge and accept this Intellectual Property & Licensing Policy as part of their service agreement.
