Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other agreed-upon payment methods.
Payment Schedule:
- Payments are due as outlined in your agreement, typically at the start of the project, subscription period, or service term.
- For projects exceeding $750, payment will be divided into four equal installments:
- 25% upfront before work begins.
- 25% midway through the project.
- 25% upon completion of the draft phase.
- 25% upon final delivery.
Late Payments:
A late fee of 2% per month will be applied to unpaid balances. Persistent non-payment may result in service suspension or legal action.
Refund Policy:
Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or disputes resolved in the client's favor.
Currency and Taxes:
All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Taxes are applied where required by law.
