Techquila Freelancing Inc. offers subscription and membership-based services designed to give clients consistent, quality support with maximum value. Here’s how it all works — no fine print headaches, just clarity and commitment.

๐Ÿงƒ Membership Perks & Scope

Memberships may include access to services, toolkits, templates, digital resources, or ongoing support. All offerings are clearly outlined at the time of signup, and access is granted for the duration of the active subscription period.

Memberships are for individual or business use only — benefits cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.


๐Ÿ“… Billing & Renewal

  • Monthly Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month unless canceled beforehand.

  • Annual Subscriptions renew once every 12 months on the signup anniversary unless canceled.

  • Payment methods accepted include e-Transfer, credit card, PayPal, and other methods outlined at checkout.

Clients will receive email reminders before annual renewals and receipts for all payments.


โŒ Cancellation Policy

  • Clients can cancel anytime through their account portal or by contacting support.

  • Cancelling stops future renewals — but does not issue a refund for unused time in the current billing cycle.

  • Access to resources continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise noted.


๐Ÿ”„ Upgrades & Downgrades

Want to switch plans? No problem.

  • Upgrades will take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge.

  • Downgrades will apply at the next billing cycle.
    Contact support to make changes or request a plan review.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable unless a billing error occurred.

โš ๏ธ Failed Payments & Suspension

If a payment fails:

  • A grace period of 5 business days is granted.

  • During this time, services may be paused.

  • Continued non-payment results in cancellation of the subscription and/or restricted access.


๐Ÿ” Account & Access

Members are responsible for keeping their login credentials private.
Suspicious activity or account sharing may lead to access restrictions or termination.


๐Ÿ”„ Policy Updates

Subscription terms may be updated occasionally. Clients will be notified via email or in-app notice, and continued use of the service confirms acceptance of the new terms.
