All personal and sensitive data is secured using industry-standard practices and handled in full alignment with Canadian data protection laws. Respecting digital and physical privacy is non-negotiable.

💬 Communication Etiquette
Clear, kind, and timely communication is the norm. Responses are professional, respectful, and constructive — from both sides. Disrespect, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in suspended communication or termination of services.

Advice, guidance, and services are offered in good faith and in the client’s best interest. Solutions are customized, objective, and free from bias.
💡 Transparency
Service details, pricing, and deliverables are always communicated clearly upfront. If changes are needed mid-project, clients are kept in the loop and consulted first.
