Appointment Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION WINDOW
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations.
RESCHEDULING
Clients can freely reschedule appointments, avoiding cancellation fees, as long as the rescheduling occurs prior to the 24-hour mark and is subject to availability.
LATE CANCELLATION FEE
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $35.00 late cancellation fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a $35.00 fee.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
Emergencies can occur. In the event of an unexpected situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
