Force Majeure Clause
Techquila Freelancing Inc. shall not be held liable for delays or failures to perform services resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural Disasters:
Such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or wildfires. - Government Actions:
Including new laws, regulations, or government-imposed restrictions. - Technical Failures:
Power outages, internet disruptions, or third-party system failures. - Health Crises:
Pandemics, epidemics, or other public health emergencies. - Labor Disruptions:
Strikes, shortages, or other workforce-related disruptions.
What Happens During a Force Majeure Event:
- Notification:
We will notify you as soon as possible of any disruptions caused by a force majeure event. - Resolution:
We will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as the event subsides and work with you to develop an adjusted timeline or alternative solutions. - No Liability:
We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from delays or non-performance due to force majeure events.
