Subscription Terms

  1. Subscription Period:
    • Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. The subscription term selected at sign-up will determine the duration of your contract with us.
  2. Payment Schedule:
    • Subscription fees are due in full at the start of each subscription period. Clients subscribing to annual plans may be eligible for discounted rates.
    • Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or disputes resolved in the client's favor.
  3. Auto-Renewal:
    • All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the client. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. However, cancellations made mid-term will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
    • To avoid auto-renewal charges, cancellations must be requested at least five (5) business days before the next billing cycle begins.

Missed Payments and Account Suspension

  1. Missed Payment Policy:
    • A grace period of five (5) business days is provided for missed payments. After this period, access to services may be suspended until payment is received.
  2. Reactivation:
    • Suspended accounts can be reactivated upon full payment of any outstanding balances. Reactivation fees may apply.
