Subscription Terms
- Subscription Period:
- Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. The subscription term selected at sign-up will determine the duration of your contract with us.
- Payment Schedule:
- Subscription fees are due in full at the start of each subscription period. Clients subscribing to annual plans may be eligible for discounted rates.
- Payments are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or disputes resolved in the client's favor.
- Auto-Renewal:
- All subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of the subscription period unless canceled by the client. Renewal charges will be processed using the payment method on file.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team. However, cancellations made mid-term will not result in a refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
- To avoid auto-renewal charges, cancellations must be requested at least five (5) business days before the next billing cycle begins.

- Subscribers will be notified of any changes or enhancements to the services included in their plan, ensuring they are always up to date.
Missed Payments and Account Suspension
- Missed Payment Policy:
- A grace period of five (5) business days is provided for missed payments. After this period, access to services may be suspended until payment is received.
- Reactivation:
- Suspended accounts can be reactivated upon full payment of any outstanding balances. Reactivation fees may apply.
