What Is a Corrective Service?

A Corrective Service is a complimentary resolution offered to clients when a mistake has been made by our team during the completion of a service. This policy is designed to fix errors in the delivered work but does not extend to changes requested after the service has been finalized according to the original scope of work.

 

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a Corrective Service, the following conditions must be met:

  • Mistake by Staff: The issue must arise from an error or oversight on the part of Techquila Freelancing Inc. and not from changes to the agreed-upon project specifications or client preferences after delivery.
  • Timely Notification: Clients must notify us of the issue within 2 business days of receiving the completed service. Notifications received after this timeframe may not qualify for a Corrective Service.
  • Clear Documentation: Clients should provide clear details about the issue, including relevant supporting documents or examples, to help our team address the problem effectively.

What Does Not Qualify?

  • Client-Initiated Changes: Modifications, adjustments, or additions requested after the service has been finalized and approved by the client.
  • Third-Party Issues: Problems caused by external parties or factors beyond our control, such as incompatible systems, external software errors, or incomplete client-provided information.
  • Unrelated Issues: Requests that deviate from the original scope of work.

 

Process for Corrective Service

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team via email or phone within 2 business days of receiving the completed service. Clearly outline the issue and include any supporting materials.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will review the submitted request to determine whether it qualifies under the Corrective Service policy.
  3. Resolution: If approved, we will schedule the Corrective Service as soon as possible and communicate a timeline for completion. This service will be provided free of charge.
