While our services are primarily non-refundable, we understand that certain situations may warrant a review. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered and how clients can initiate a request.

Non-Refundable Services
- Service Completion:
- All services rendered are non-refundable once the work has been completed and delivered to the client.
- Subscriptions:
- Monthly and annual subscription fees are non-refundable. Clients can cancel future renewals but will not receive a refund for unused portions of their subscription.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Billing Errors:
- If you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charges, incorrect amounts), we will issue a full refund for the overcharged amount.
- Failure to Deliver:
- If Techquila Freelancing Inc. is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to factors within our control, we will refund the affected portion of the payment.
- Extenuating Circumstances:
- Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other valid client concerns.
Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind:
- Refunds are not available if a client changes their mind about the service after work has begun.
- Dissatisfaction After Completion:
- Dissatisfaction related to subjective preferences (e.g., design choices or stylistic preferences) does not qualify for a refund. Corrective Service may be offered in such cases.
- Client Delays or Inaction:
- Refunds will not be provided if delays or project termination occur due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us:
- Email us at support@techquila.ca with the subject line “Refund Request.” Provide detailed information about the issue, including your project name, invoice number, and reason for the request.
- Review Process:
- Refund requests will be reviewed within five (5) business days. Our team may reach out for additional information during this time.
- Outcome Notification:
- Clients will be notified of the outcome via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days using the original payment method.

While refunds are rarely necessary, Techquila Freelancing Inc. is committed to resolving client concerns promptly and professionally. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please let us know, and we will work to make it right through our Corrective Service Policy.
